Gorgeous beachfront hotel/apartment with spacious rooms, clean bathrooms, and a well-equipped kitchenette. The owner is a gem, always ready to help and provide valuable recommendations for activities and places to explore.

Some rooms might not match the photos, and there can be a strange smell upon arrival. There were reports of occasional cockroach sightings, which may be a common issue on the island.

We had apartment with such good value and air conditioning, as example. The owner ensured we had a perfectly pleasant experience on 5 nights.

We stayed here for 2 amazing nights. We did not want to leave there and definitely want to stay in that area again😃👌

Spotless and in general fine property. Truly extremely friendly personal. A nice size rooms, magnificent location so close to excellent beach bars, great restaurants, and the harbour and restaurants...

Magginas Studios was the perfect choice for us. the location was ideal, just a 7-minute walk to the heart of the town and only a minute away from the beach, beach bars, and restaurants. the room was wonderfully designed for a group of three, with plenty of space, ample storage, and a convenient kitchenette. Our host, Spyros, went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable, offering transfers for our ferry and providing us with valuable information about Paros. the cleanliness of the place was exceptional, and the facilities, including the air conditioning, were top-notch. We were also pleased to find that towels, soap, and kitchen utilities were provided. We would 100% recommend Magginas Studios to anyone visiting Paros. Cons: Everything was fantastic! ⭐️.

The location is fantastic, only a short walk from the port, and the balcony is perfect for relaxing in the evenings. a gem of a place to stay.

The studio was exactly as shown in the photos, and it was just a stone's throw away from the beautiful seafront. The location was perfect, with the port being just a short 10-15 minute walk away.- The host, Spyros, went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and convenient. He even offered to collect us from the port and drop us off when we were leaving.- The studio itself was perfect, with cooking facilities and a lovely balcony where we enjoyed quiet drinks in the evening.

I had an amazing stay at a lovely accommodation in Paros. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the kitchen facilities were great for preparing meals. I was pleasantly surprised by the kind and generous host who went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. The location was perfect, right by the beach and within walking distance to restaurants and shops. I had a fantastic experience at Magginas Studios and would highly recommend it.

I had the best time at this hotel! The rooms were spotless and had great air conditioning and fans. Plus, they were such good value for the price. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach and close to the city center. And the owner was so welcoming and helpful, even offering a free transfer from the port. an amazing experience that I would highly recommend!

While my stay was incredible, there were a few small issues. Some of the equipment in the room didn't work upon arrival, like the lights near the beds.

Host provides helpful recommendations and is always available. Apartments feature beautiful Greek architecture and are furnished with attention to detail. Great location within walking distance of main city, restaurants, and beach. Close proximity to beach, with new and well-designed amenities. Excellent host who is friendly and accommodating.

This property is conveniently located within walking distance of Paroikia center and is suitable for those with physical handicaps. the apartment is clean and comfortable, perfect for two people. the owner, Spyros, is incredibly helpful and kind, providing transportation to and from the port. We highly recommend this place and will definitely come back.

Cute Greek style, comfortable with nice terrace and outside shower for after the beach. Close to the beach and restaurants. Wonderful and helpful host. Best place to stay in Paros!
